이 대통령은 이날 국방부에서 전군 주요지휘관회의를 직접 주재하면서 "현재까지 분명한 사실은 천안함은 단순한 사고로 침몰하지 않았다는 것"이라며 이같이 말했다.

아울러 이 대통령은 "원인이 밝혀지기 전이라도 우리가 즉각 착수해야 할 일이 있다"며 "우리의 안보태세를 전면적으로 재점검하는 일"이라고 밝혔다.

특히 이 대통령은 "강한 안보를 위해 국가 안보태세를 총체적으로 점검하고 대비책을 마련할 대통령 직속 국가안보총괄점검기구를 한시적으로 즉각 구성할 것"이라고 말했다.

이 대통령은 "이 기구에서 안보 역량 전반, 위기관리 시스템, 국방 개혁 등 안보 관련 주요 사안들이 면밀하게 검토되고 대안을 마련토록 할 것"이라고 말했다.

그러면서 "대통령실에 안보특보를 신설하고 위기상황센터를 위기관리센터로 바꾸어 안보 기능을 강화하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

이 대통령은 또 군의 정신 재무장을 당부하면서 변화된 안보상황과 국제적 기준에 부합하는 군의 환골탈태를 주문했다.

이 대통령은 "대한민국 국군은 강하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 그동안 우리 내부의 안보태세와 안보의식은 이완돼왔다"며 "안보 대상이 뚜렷하지 않도록 만든 외부환경이 있었고 그로부터 비롯되는 군 내부의 혼란도 있었을 것"이라고 지적했다.

그러면서 "우리 군도 국제적 기준에 맞게 선진화돼야 한다"면서 "세계유일의 적대 분단 상황에 있다는 특수한 상황을 고려해 우리 군 전력을 구축해야 한다. 특히 특수전 등 비대칭 전력에 대한 우리의 대비태세가 확고한지도 새롭게 점검해야 한다"고 말했다.

이 대통령은 이어 "군의 긴급대응 태세와 보고 지휘체계, 정보능력, 기강 등 모든 측면에서 비상한 개혁의지를 갖고 쇄신해나가야 한다"고 지시했다.

이 대통령은 "군은 육해공군의 다양한 구성원들이 모여 있는 거대한 공동체다. 이런 조직이 빠르고 효과적으로 작동하려면 수직적이고 관료적인 조직의 폐해를 빨리 해소해야 한다"며 "각군간 협력속에서 실시간 입체 작전을 수행하고 각 전력이 효과적으로 통합 발휘될 수 있도록 해야 한다"고 말했다.

포스코경영연구소(포스리)는 27일 낸 보고서에서 이들 일본기업이 위기에 직면한 것은 내ㆍ외부 요인이 동시에 작용했기 때문이라며 집단 무기력증으로 일할 의욕을 잃으면서 일본 사회 분위기가 전반적으로 침체에 빠졌다고 지적했다.

포스리는 “일본에선 저출산 고령화와 만성적 디플레로 소비심리가 냉각되고 미래에 대한 불안감이 커졌다”며 “1990년대 자산거품 붕괴 뒤 개혁이 미흡했고 고이즈미 정권이 추진했던 신자유주의 개혁도 금융위기로 추진력을 잃었다”고 분석했다.

54년 만에 정권교체가 이뤄졌지만 비리 의혹으로 현 정권에 대한 지지율이 급락하고 대미 외교혼선 등으로 국제사회에서 일본 정부의 입지가 약화한 점도 위기의 간접 원인으로 꼽혔다.

보고서는 “기업은 장기침체로 리더십이 크게 약해졌고 창조적 리더의 육성을 소홀하면서 창의력도 약화됐다”며 “세계 최고의 핵심기술이 있었지만 이를 활용하는 능력이 부족해 비즈니스 모델로 연결하지 못했다”고 주장했다.

이런 임금체계 전환이 경기침체와 맞물려 노동 분배율을 상승시켜 기업이 고용 과잉으로 판단하게 됐고, 실업률이 높아지고 비정규직이 40%까지 올라가면서 고용시장 전반에 무기력증이 증폭돼 노동생산성 둔화로 이어졌다는 것이다.

보고서는 “일본 기업의 위기는 성공경험에 취해 지속적인 자기확인을 하지 않으면 언제든지 위기에 직면할 수 있다는 교훈을 시사한다”며 “국내 기업은 이를 ‘타산지석’으로 삼되 일본의 저력 또한 무시해선 안된다는 점도 직시해야 한다”고 제언했다.

지금 전세계는 여전히 어리썩게 지난날의 과오를 반성과 참회 회개의 기회의 시간들을 전세계에게 주었고 그리고 성령의 말씀들을 전해드렸는데 이들이 살아온 죄악의 어둠의 습관과 습장들을 버리지못하고 스스로 불의 속으로 들어가는 길을 지금 선택했다라는 사실이고 이것이 지금 현재 인류의 문명의 그리고 한반도를 포함한 주변4강의 선택이다라는 사실에 참으로 안타깝다

이렇게 물질의 업장을 성질을 이겨내지못하고 절대적인 신을 절대적으로 믿음과 실천을 하지못하는 그들의 생명의 숙명의 굴레는 불속으로 들어감에 이 역시 다 자신들의 지난날의 지어온 죄악의 어둠의 행동들이 고스란히 그리고 탐욕과 과욕을 부리며 이것이 앞으로 몇년은 가지못하는데도 이것을 모르고 죄악과 탐욕과 과욕을 지난날 수만억겁의 죄악을 지었으니

물론 이들이 최후의 발악으로 그들의 어둠의 죄악에 극에 달해야 그만큼 상대적으로 미래에는 더욱더인류가 세계가 깨끗한 세상이 그나마 열어갈수가 있는것이다

지구 행성 태초만큼은 깨끗하지는못하지마는 초기에는 오대양 육대주 다 집단들이 서식한것은 아니지만 지금은 인간의 종이 지구 전체에 서식하고 있으니 말이다

지금 소생이 소생의 태어난곳 성장한곳등 두루 다니면서 회향 기도를 해가면서 최종적으로 앞으로 돌아가는 형국들이 중국이나 일본 그리고 북한,미국,대한민국,러시아,유럽,중동,중남미등 다 현재 각 대상체들은 자신들이 처한 현실이나 문제점들이 다른 처지에 위치에 서 있기에 각 국가마다 문제들을 지난날들을 청산함에도 배경이나 성격이나 가치가 분명하고 시기적으로나 차이점들이 존재하기에

지구 행성 전체의 계획에 의해서 기준으로 두고 그리고 현재 서두에 언급한대로 앞으로 몇년간 어떠한 형국으로 갈것인지 이미 그들은 선택을 했고 그들이 선택했기에 불속으로 들어가야 그리고 소멸이되어야 미래 인류의 새로운 세상이 세계가 열리기에 그들의 정해진 숙명의 굴레는 구제할 도리가 없는것이고

분명한것은 인류문명의 현재와 미래를 위해서 중대한 중대한 결단을 회향을 끝으로 결정이 되어질것 같다

모든 분석을 그동안 시간과 기회를 드렸음에도 불구하고 그 때를 놓치고 기회를 놓친 그들의 명과 영들은 유무상세계 조차에서도 존재가 없을것으로 본다 살아도 죽은 영가이고 죽으서라도 그 영가들은 영원히 불속에 가두어지게될것이다

그리고 엄중하게 하늘의 심판과 집행을 응징을 담당할자들이 나타나게 될것이고 이들이 진정한 어둠속에서 나타나는 인류의 구세군이 되는것이다

그러니 앞으로 몇년간 더 그러한 불행과 고통에 신음하는 시간들을 목격하고 견더내야만 하니 이럴때일수록 절대적인 신에게 절대적인 믿음과 실천으로 성령의 영으로 성불의 영으로 거듭태어나는 충전의 시간으로 만들어가시기를 바랍니다

그래야 훗날 그러한 시간에 그들은 그러한것을 이겨내고 구제받거나 구원을 받게되는것입니다

인류의 불행과 고통을 구제하는 방도는 그리고 인류 개개인의 그러한 방도도 다 알려드렸으니 각자 실천해가는것이 제일 중요한 구제와 구원의 출발점이되는것입니다

소생은 더 이상 이 지구를 그리고 한민족의 한조차도 그리고 한반도를 침략해온 국가들이나 강대국조차도 심지어는 소생이 그동안 살아오면서 소생을 괴롭혀온 죽이려고해온 모든 대상체조차도 조금도 원망을 한을 품지않습니다

다 소생이 성불이 성령이 되지못하기에 그러한것을 그들을 원망한들 무슨 소용이 있으며 그들의 능력과 한계를 숙명을 잘 알기에 상대가 되지못하기에

그동안 한반도를 중심으로 중국과의 관계나 일본과의 관계나 지금 미국과의 관계나 그리고 남북관계나 대한민국 내부에 일어나는 수많은 사고들이나 죽어나가는 그들의 불행과 고통에 대해서도 더는 원망을 한을 품지않을것이며 인류의 불행과고통 역시 한을 애환을 느끼지않을것입니다

지구가 어둠속으로 들어간들 세계 전쟁을 한들 그 역시 더 이상 아픔을 한을 애환을 느끼지않습니다 왜냐하면 성령으로 성불의 길로 가지못함에서 비롯된것이기에 누구의 탓도 아니요 다 각자의 선택한 결과에 불과한것이니 그만큼 수행 부족으로 오는 업장인것이다

분명한것은 절대적인 신은 그리고 지구 행성 계획은 이미 언급해드렸기에 주어진 사명의 소임과 그 위치에 서게된다면 부족하지만 인류의 불행과 고통을 구제하는데 줄어나가는 일에 성령의 십자가 칼을 들고 엄격하게 모든 사악한 어둠의 세력들의 유무상 세계 영가들을 소멸을 시킬것이다

그리고 그중에 못된 사악한 국가나 민족부터 멸망을 이제는 시켜벌릴것입니다

성씨문중들도 죄질이 매우 나쁜 성씨문중들 역시나 지난날 지어온 죄악값을 받아낼것이다 소생의 친인척도 그들의 죄는 용납하지않는다

지금 소생은 모든것들을 내려놓고 마지막으로 성령으로 성불로써 되어가는일에 최선을 다하고 있고 육신의 안식처가 인연이 아직은 없기에 유목민으로 움직이고 있습니다

소생이 대한민국 공간에서 서 있을 자리 공간이 있는지 지금까지보면 없다라는 사실이고 그래서 수년전에 소생보고 그곳으로 가라고 성령의 말씀을 해주신것인데 이곳의 마장들의 영들이 이러한것까지 자신들의 의지대로 지금도 통제하려고 하고 있기에 소생의 힘이 미약한것이기에 가지못하고 있는것이다

이 아시아 전체를 수호하는 성중님이 누구인지 아는가 다 자신들의 국가나 민족에는 수호신령이 있고 그속에 동양의 수호신관 서양의 수호신관이 존재합니다

각 국가속에 신령들이 있는것이고 동서양을 대표하는 유무상 세계 영가 전체를 포함해서 수호신관이 계시기에 신령속에 동서양의 화엄 성중님들이 계시고 그들속에는 구세군이되는것이고

이제는 이러한것을 통해서 이 지구 전체를 회향 처리 해 가게될것입니다
