NIC는 20일 발표한 `글로벌 트렌드 2025' 보고서에서 조지 부시 미국 대통령과 네오콘 인사들이 주창했던 서구식 민주ㆍ자본주의 확산은 더이상 효력을 발휘하지 못할 것이라는 주장을 펼쳤다고 영국 일간 가디언 온라인판이 보도했다.
