삼성전자가 지난해 글로벌 대기업 가운데 열 번째로 많은 연구개발(R & D)비를 쓴 것으로 나타났다. 글로벌 1000대 기업의 R & D 증가율은 지난해 1.9%로 한국 1000대 기업의 R & D 증가율(7.6%)보다 낮았다.

지식경제부가 영국 기업혁신기술부의 '2009년 글로벌 R & D 1000대 기업' 보고서와 한국 기업들의 R & D 실적을 종합,분석한 결과 삼성전자는 작년 40억700만파운드(7조1244억원)를 투자해 10위를 기록했다고 28일 밝혔다.

글로벌 1위는 일본 도요타자동차로 60억1370만파운드를 R & D에 투입했다. 이어 스위스 제약기업 로슈，미국 마이크로소프트，폭스바겐，화이자，노바티스，노키아，존슨앤드존슨，아벤티스 순이었다. 국내 기업 중에서는 LG(66위)，현대자동차(69위)，하이닉스(167위)，한국전력(212위)，포스코(250위)，KT(289위)，SK(307위)，두산(353위)，쌍용자동차(424위) 등 총 23개 기업이 명단에 이름을 올렸다. 의약 · 바이오산업과 우주산업 등에선 1000대 기업에 들어간 국내 기업이 없었다. 소프트웨어 서비스 분야에서 국내와 글로벌 1위 기업의 R & D 투자 격차가 전 업종을 통틀어 가장 컸다. 국내 1위인 엔씨소프트는 지난해 4770만파운드를 투자한 데 반해 세계 1위인 마이크로소프트는 R & D 분야에서 53억9600만파운드를 써 113배 차이가 났다.

지경부는 또 국내 R & D 투자 상위 1000개사를 분석한 결과 대기업 163개，중견기업 256개，중소기업 581개로 나타났다고 밝혔다. 업종별로는 제조업 756개，출판 · 영상 · 방송통신 및 정보서비스업 95개，건설업 62개 등이었다.

1000대 기업의 지난해 R & D 투자액은 전년 대비 7.6% 증가한 24조4000억원이었다. 이 중 대기업이 83.5%를 차지했다. 경제 위기 여파로 작년 글로벌 1000대 기업의 R & D 투자가 감소한 것과는 대조적이었다.

국내 1000대 기업은 매출액 대비 R & D 투자액 비율도 2.71%로 영국 1000대 기업(1.7%)과 EU 1000대 기업(2.4%)을 앞섰다.

앞으로 지구촌의 신앙의 형태는 이렇게 돌아갈것이니 그것은 지구가 종말해도 유효한 존재이다 소생이 지적한대로 실천해가는 영들만이 지구의 종말때까지 특권을 보상을 누리고 받게될것이다 그러니 몰라서 변명은 무지의 소치이기에 그 역시 죄악이다 스스로 항상 깨어나려고 노력하지않은것은 본인의 영의 탓이다 귀신들의 한도 역시 그러한것이다


지구촌의 모든 생명의 삼계 전체를 통틀어서 언급해주는것이니 선택의 여지는없다 무조건 깨우처서 실천해가는 자세와 인내의 자세속에서 깨달음이 지혜가 나오는것이다

자신의 영들이 자신의 국가와 민족을 탈피하고 모든 신앙의 경계의 벽을 탈피해가는 의지가 중요하고 동시에 지구 행성도 스스로 벗어날수있는 경지의 수행을해가라는것이다 지구 행성안의 삼계에 국한된 수행을 하지말고 그 능력을 통해서 지구 전체의 불행과 고통에 어둠의 세력들에게 헤메고 받고있는 이들을 싸워서 설득해서 구제하라는것이다.

자신의 육신의 물질은 도구는 연장은 밀알의 촛불인것이다 그러한 자발적인 희생속에서 영생 구제받 거나 구원받는 윗분들에게 보여주는 자신의 믿음의 징표를 나타내는것이고 설사 그것이 아니드라도 깨우쳐보면 육신은 큰 의미가 없다라는 사실 고도의 수행의 경지로 올라가도록 하기위한 육신의 방편을 통해서 하기위해서 육신의 사용하는것이지 이것을 내려놓으면 근기의 수행능력과 수많은 신령들의 인도속에서 더나은 세계로 들어갈수가 있는것이다

영성의 세계는 무한하기에 말그대로 시공 세계를 초월한다 우주 영성 외계 생명체를 만나야 그 다음의 세계를 인도받을수가 있는것이다 미래의 세계는 이렇게 달려갈것이니 소생이 지금 이와같은 언급은 미래를 위한 앞선 언급들이기에 언급을 지구인들을 위해서 하는것 같다 다음 행성의 세계에서는 더 나은 노하우를 통해서 행성 세계를 열어갈것이다

우주 영성 외계 생명체와 통신해서 합의해서 더나은 우주 생명의 행성 세계를 열어갈것이다 그것 역시 절대적인 신과의 합의속에서 이루어지는것이다

그러니 지금 현존의 세계 전체의 정세를 가아력하게 집행을 해갈것이고 생사 집행을 행사를 한다 자신들의 죄악을 깊있게 반성하고 잘못을 회개하지못하면 살아남을수가 없을것이다 그것이 무엇이든간에 처리가 이루어진다 그래서 사전에 모든 신앙의 신장의 신령님들의 합의를 받아놓는것이다 아울려 나라별의 나라 신장님들,절대적인 신으로부터의 말슴을 받아놓은 상태이기에 지난번에 보여준 법륜은 화엄 법륜이다 즉 불법 신장의 법륜이기에 비로자나 부처 신령의 법륜이기에 최대한 많은 합의동참을 받고 있고 이제 소생도 이와같은 그동안 주장해오고 견해를 밝힌대로 앞으로 세상을 열어갈 인류의 불행과 고통을 구제함 함께 걸어갈 정치적 가치와 신앙적 가치와 철학 방향,의미와 가치를 생명을 함께 할수있는 세계 전체의 동지분들을 인연으로 만나고 싶습니다

그것을 통해서 세상의 일을 이제는 주어진 소임의 책무를 다해갈것입니다 이제 이것을 지금 소생은 기다리고 있는 형국이오니 이 인류를 올바른 길로 가기위해서 노력하시는분들을 통해서 인연을 맺고 싶습니다 그리고 후원을 지원을 기다립니다

이제 동해 바다에서 기도를 거의 다 응답들을 받았기에 새로운 거처를 말씀을 내렸으나 이러한 인연이 아니면 아무런 의미가 없기에 연결이 되도록 지원해주시기를 바랍니다

현재 처해진 영들의 세계에서는 대한민국에서는 매우 열악한 영들이 존재하기에 세계 전체의 합의속에서 인연을 연결해주시기를 바랍니다
