그것은 그만큼 고스란히 이 한반도에게 대한민국 국가와 국민들에게 되돌아오고 있다 그렇게 흘려왔고 그런 와중에 이번에도 얼빠진 대한민국 지자제 선거에 부적합 인사들을 선출하거나 당선시킨다면 크나큰 불행이 되어질것이다 그것 역시 그 지역 주민들의 불행과 고통으로 이어질것이고 국가와 국민들에게 되돌아간다

안그래도 세계 경제의 어려움과 더욱이 이 한반도 민족의 위기앞에서 경제의 어려움은 이미 깊어져왔고 소생이 대한민국 전국 국토를 다 돌아보아도 그러한 실질적인 현실 상황과 국가의 당면한 도전의 과제들이 당면한 가운데에 이번 지자제 선거에 대한민국 인구들을 어떠한 기본틀에서 당선을 시켜야하는지 가이드라인을 지난번과 이번에도 언급해주었으니 국가적 민족적 차원에서라도 가벼히 다루어서는 아니될것이다

수천년동안 그토록 한반도 전체가 피비린내나는 역사를 그렇게 지독하게 당하고도 거듭태어나지못하는 이 대한민국 국가와 국민과 이 한반도 민족이라면 기사회생의 기회는 더는 없을것이다
