(뉴욕=연합뉴스) 김지훈 특파원 = 중국이 세계무대에서 경제.군사적으로 영향력을 확대해 나가면서 이를 우려하는 아시아 주변국과 미국이 유대를 강화하면서 중국에 대적하고 있다.
중국이 일본 및 동남아 국가들과 잇단 영해분쟁을 촉발하면서 군사적으로 주변국들을 긴장시키고 희토류 수출 제한과 위안화 절상 억제 등을 통해 경제적으로도 영향력을 확대해 나가자 이를 우려하는 주변 국가들이 뭉치고 있는 것이다.
뉴욕 타임스(NYT)는 오바마 대통령이 이번 주 아시아 순방길에서 인도와 인도네시아, 한국, 일본 등 중국을 에워싸고 있는 주변 지역 국가들을 방문할 예정이라면서 이들은 중국의 역내 영향력 확대에 대응하기 위한 조치들을 취하고 있다고 31일 보도했다.
오바마 대통령은 인도를 방문해 만모한 싱 총리와 회담한 뒤 미 항공기 구매 계약을 맺을 것으로 전망된다.
인도와 일본은 동남아 국가들과 무역협정 체결을 추진하고 있으며, 베트남은 과거 전쟁을 치렀던 적국인 미국과 급속도로 우호적인 관계로 돌아서고 있다.
이 모든 것들이 지역 내 영향력이 급속도로 커지는 중국을 견제하기 위한 것이라는 분석이다.
대부분의 아시아 국가들은 중국이 결국엔 미국을 능가하는 역내 강대국이 될 것이라는 점을 인정하면서도 그 변화의 속도가 너무 빠른 점에 우려하면서 역내 강대국으로서 중국의 모습이 어떻게 변화할지에 촉각을 곤두세우고 있다.
희토류 수출 금지와 위안화 환율 문제 등 전 세계 경제에 영향을 미치는 사안에 대한 중국의 태도는 물론 중국이 난사군도(南沙群島) 등 남중국해에서 주변국과 마찰을 빚고 있는 점 등을 감안하면 중국의 태도가 상당히 우려스러운 결과를 초래할 가능성이 크기 때문이다.
이런 틈을 타 미국은 역내 주변국들과 협력관계를 다지며 중국의 부상에 따른 역내 역학관계 변화를 자국의 역내 영향력 강화에 활용하고 있다.
실제로 중국의 군사적 영향력이 커지자 일본과 한국, 베트남, 싱가포르 등은 미국의 `안보 우산'에 대한 선호를 재확인하며 미국과의 관계 다지기에 나서고 있다.
힐러리 클린턴 미 국무장관은 "지난 20개월간 아시아 지도자들은 내게 `미국이 아시아에서 적극적인 역할을 다시 해줘서 매우 고맙고 기쁘게 생각한다'고 말했다"고 전했다.

지구 공동방위 창설군은 절대적인 신과 우주 영성 외계 생명체와 무불 통신해서 만반의 모든 전쟁에서 내란에서 절대적인 승리를 위한 준비를 잘 갖추어야하고 대항하는자들은 영들은 무조건 대소멸을 원칙으로하라 그들의 영이든 신명계든 생사 여탈권은 절대적인 신께서 내려주신것이니 소생이 이러한 언급을 전달합니다 그리고 소생도 이제 세계 전쟁 준비에 하늘에 고해서 처리해갈것입니다.

즉 어떠한 국가와 민족에게 귀환되지않는다 기존의 종교종단에도 귀속되지않는다 절대적인 신에게 신앙에게 귀속되어질것이다
그래서 그동안 우주 영성 외계 생명체가 자신들의 존재를 지구의 기득권 세력들이 은페를 했고 진실을 알리지않고 자신들의 절대적인 부와 명예를 그리고 작가하지못한 숱한 생명과 영들을 샤머니즘의 신앙에 칠성 신앙에 부처 신앙에 예수의 신앙에 명분을 걸어서 그들의 기득권 고착화 지구 인류 문명을 이 모양으로 해온 사실이다
태고의 샤머니즘의 신앙에서 변형된것이 칠성 신앙이고 브라흐만 신앙이다 이러한 어지러운 신앙을 정리한것이고 융합한것이 석가모니 부처님의 불법인것이였다 이러한 위대한 정신 신앙에 아시아 대륙을 통일하지못하고 인도 남북을 통일한들 마왕에게 굴복받은들 마왕이든 자각하지못한 영들이 이 모양이니 말이다
칠성 신앙에 육갑풀이나 칠성고 풀이를 보아라 한 인간의 사주단자가 전체의 살중에 거의100가지가 되는 살들이 있는데 이러한것이 진정한 중생구제가 되는가이다 앞으로 북두 칠성의 5개의 별들은 사라질것이고 삼태성의 별도 사라질것이다 그러니 칠성 신앙도 샤머니즘의 신앙도 힌두교의 신앙도 다 사라질것이다
그러니 각 신령들은 부지런히 자각해서 해탈해서 알아서들 절대적인 신을 믿든 아니딤믿든 자유이다 그러나 그들에게는 구제와 구원이 절대로 없다
이번 기회에 아시아 대륙의 모든 신앙들을 정리해갈것이다 너희들 죄악인들이 이 지구 전체의 전쟁의 과거의 악순환의 세계 정세의 구도로 몰고 간다면 더는 만방의 열국은 모든 국가의 모든 권한을 민족의 권한을 박탈하게될것이다
그리고 그것을 절대적으로 지구 공동방위 창설군에게 절대적인 힘을 세우지않을수가 없기에 돌아가게될것이다
지구인들이 70억명중에 7억명만 살아가도 충분하다 자각하지못한 그 아래의 피라미드의 축생보다도 못한 영들은 더는 구제하지않을것이다
앞으로 90억명이 늘어나도 선택받은 영은 매우 어려울것이고 지금도 하지않는 영들이 부지기수인데 지금 신명계들은 이미 지구의 종말로 보고 지구 행성을 떠날 채비들을 하고 있는것이고 미천한 자각하지못한 축생의 영들의 인간들이 종말이되어야 종말이 온것을 아는 미련한것들이 그러한 처지로 살아가는것이다
적도 선상을 기준으로 해서 남반구 모든 국가와 민족들이 먼저 대멸망을 하게될것이다 그렇게 알고나 지금 처신들을 하라 가차없이 너희들이 원하는대로 처리집행하게될것이다 지구 행성 오대양 육대주 전체의 판을 뒤집어버릴것이다
그래서 무질서해질 세계 전체를 평정해갈것이니 알아서들 하세요
절대적인 신을 두려워하지않는 어떠한 존재들은 더 이상 구제 대상이 아니다
그러다보면 세계 천하 통일은 자연스레 이루어지고 달성되어지는것이다 지금 전세계 기득권 세력들은 세계 천하 통일을 달성이 이루어지기를 반대하고 있는 처지에 있는것을 잘 안다 인류의 불행과 고통이 깊어져야 너희들 배돼지가 배부르게되는것이기에 말이다 이 한반도는 그 분수도 모르고 설치다가는 한반도 전체를 요절낼것이다 알겠는가? 누차 경고를 주었다
