기후 재난은 인명과 재산 피해를 낼 뿐 아니라, 사회 불안과 분쟁의 원인으로 작용한다. 국제 구호단체 '인터내셔널 얼럿'은 ▲27억명이 사는 46개국이 기후 변화와 전통적 분쟁 요인이 결합한 폭력적 분쟁 발생 위험에 처해 있으며 ▲12억5000만명이 사는 56개국은 기후 변화로 인해 중장기적 정치 불안이 일어날 위험성이 높은 것으로 분석했다. 불안정하고 비효율적인 정부는 재난 피해를 대형화한다. 지난 1월 유엔은 "자연 재해로 인한 2008년 사망자 가운데 해당국 정부의 적절한 대처가 있었다면 목숨을 잃지 않았을 것으로 추정되는 희생자 수는 23만5000명"이라고 밝혔다.

제프리 삭스(Sachs) 컬럼비아대 교수는 39주년 '지구의 날'인 22일 영국 일간지 '글로브 앤 메일' 기고문에서 "최근 세계 각지의 분쟁은 갈수록 물 부족이 주요 원인인 경우가 많다"며 "하지만 서방국가들은 이들 나라의 물 위기 해결을 돕는 데 군대를 보내는 돈의 100분의 1도 쓰지 않는다"고 비판했다.

아마존 삼림이 지난 2000~2005년 사이 5년간 17% 정도 줄어든 것으로 나타났다고 BBC 방송이 유엔환경계획(UNEP) 자료를 인용, 30일 보도했다.

UNEP 자료에 따르면 5년간 목초지 확보를 위한 고의 방화나 불법벌목 등을 통해 파괴된 면적은 아마존 전체 삼림의 17%에 해당하는 85만7천㎢에 달한다. 5년간 베네수엘라 국토 넓이의 삼림이 사라졌다는 의미다.

아마존 삼림 파괴가 가장 많이 이루어진 국가는 역시 브라질이지만 베네수엘라와 페루 등 인접 7개국에 속한 삼림의 파괴 정도도 상당한 수준이라고 UNEP는 전했다.

UNEP는 아마존 삼림 파괴 실태에 대한 최종 보고서를 작성해 다음달 16~20일 케냐 수도 나이로비에서 열리는 연례회의에 제출할 예정이다.

한편 아마존 삼림보호 활동을 벌이고 있는 비정부기구(NGO)인 이마존(Imazon)의 최근 보고서에서는 지난해 8~11월 사이 아마존 삼림 파괴 면적이 635㎢를 기록해 2007년 같은 기간의 3천433㎢보다 80% 이상 줄어든 것으로 나타났다.

이마존의 조사는 토칸틴스, 마토 그로소, 아마조나스, 아마파, 마라냥, 호라이마, 아크레, 파라, 혼도니아 주(州) 등 아마존 삼림을 끼고 있는 브라질의 '아마존 레갈'(Amazon Legal) 지역을 대상으로 한 것이다. '아마존 레갈'은 400만㎢ 넓이에 달한다.

삼림파괴 면적이 이처럼 줄어든 것은 브라질 정부의 강력한 단속과 삼림보호 노력 외에도 세계경제위기에 따른 농축산업 생산량과 목재 불법반출량의 감소가 주 요인으로 작용한 것으로 분석되고 있다.

그러나 지난 27일부터 브라질 북부 파라 주 벨렝 시(市)에서 열리고 있는 세계사회포럼(WSF)에서는 "현재의 추세대로 파괴가 계속될 경우 아마존 삼림이 30년 이상을 버티지 못할 것"이라는 주장이 제기되는 등 아마존에서도 지역별로 삼림 파괴 진행 속도가 다르게 나타나고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.

WSF에 참가한 파라 주 싱구 가톨릭 교구의 에르윈 크라우틀레르 신부는 "지난 40여년간 아마존 지역에서 벌어진 각종 개발사업으로 인해 전체 삼림의 5분의 1이 이미 사라졌다"면서 "이런 추세로 가면 아마존 삼림의 대부분이 파괴되는데 30년 이상 걸리지 않을 것"이라고 주장했다.

아마존 지역에서 활동하는 환경운동가들이 불법 벌목업자 등으로부터 살해 위협을 받고 있는 것도 여전히 문제점으로 지적됐다.

파라 주에서는 지난 2005년 2월 '아마존의 성녀(聖女)'로 불리며 30여년간 환경보호 및 농민인권 운동을 벌이던 미국인 출신 도로시 스탱 수녀가 불법 벌목업자들이 고용한 살인청부업자들에게 총격을 받고 살해되는 사건이 발생, 브라질은 물론 국제적으로도 큰 파문을 일으킨 바 있다.\연합뉴스

해수면 상승으로 가라앉는 남태평양의 섬나라 투발루와, 황사 및 사막화로 보금자리로서의 기능을 상실해가는 중국의 마을, 영구동토가 녹아 길과 집이 무너지고 있는 알래스카 등을 답사한 뒤 지구온난화와 그에 따른 피해를 낱낱이 보고한 책 『지구의 미래로 떠난 여행High Tide』을 펴낸 마크 라이너스. 그는 2005년 허리케인 카트리나가 미국 뉴올리언스를 폐허로 만들고 2007년의 홍수로 영국 옥스퍼드에 있는 자신의 집 주변마저 큰 피해를 입자, 이번 세기 안에 최악의 환경 대재앙이 닥칠 것을 경고하고 실현가능한 대책을 위한 행동에 나설 것을 촉구하기 위해 이 책을 집필했다.
라이너스는 과학자들이 미래의 지구온난화가 탄자니아의 옥수수 작황에서부터 알프스의 적설량에 이르기까지 모든 것에 어떤 영향을 미칠지를―주로 복잡한 컴퓨터모델을 바탕으로―이미 수백 가지나 예측해 놓았다는 사실을 알고 있었다. 그러나 그러한 연구 성과가 단지 전문학술지에만 잠깐 소개된 뒤 이내 파묻힌다는 점에 경악하여, 그러한 자료들을 가장 많이 모아놓은 옥스퍼드 대학 레드클리프 과학도서관에서 자료 취합과 정보의 정리에 들어갔다.
작업 도중 라이너스는 일반대중이 지구온난화에 대한 학술적 정보를 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 ‘지구의 미래에 대한 온도별 안내 및 단계적 대응 방안’이라는 구성방식을 고안했다. 즉, 이 책의 2장에서 기온의 1도 상승과 관련된 지구온난화의 모든 영향을, 3장에서 2도 상승과 관련된 것들을, 4장에서는 3도 상승과 관련된 것들을 다루는 식이다. 그런 식으로 라이너스는 최악의 시나리오인 6도 상승 단계까지 정리했다. 또한 전문적이면서 무미건조할 수도 있는 이 시나리오를 저널리스트의 능력을 발휘해 소설 혹은 다큐멘터리 영화처럼 구성했다. 이렇게 하여 『6도의 악몽』은 과학적 객관성과 냉정함을 바탕으로 하면서도 무시무시한 내용의 SF 같은 책으로 탄생할 수 있었다. 더욱 으스스한 점은 이 책에 소개된 내용의 일부, 즉 기온상승에 따른 도시주민의 사망률 증가나 캘리포니아의 산불 재앙 같은 사건들이 시나브로 현실화되어 언론을 통해 보도되기 시작했다는 점이다.

마크 라이너스가 오바마 행정부에 기대하는 것

라이너스가 직접 쓴 이 책의 한국어판 머리말은 미국 대통령선거 직후에 작성되었다. 만일 존 매케인이 당선됨으로써 부시 체제가 승계될 판이었다면, 이 글은 곧 멸망할 인류를 위해 미리 작성된 조문弔文이 되었을 것이다. 물론 대선 공약으로 “2050년까지 80퍼센트”라는 이산화탄소 배출량 감축 목표를 내세운 버락 오바마가 미국 대통령이 되었다고 해서 무조건 기뻐할 일도 아니다. 인류 전체를 실망시키지 않기 위해 오바마는 1인당 탄소배출량이 12톤에 달하는 나라(중국은 4톤, 인도는 1톤)의 국민들을 다독여야 하기 때문이다. 또한 미국 의회를 움직여 청정에너지 분야에 1,500억 달러를 투입해야 한다.
그러나 오바마가 내세운 배출량 감축 목표치는 다른 나라들의 목표치보다 높은 수준이며, 생색내기용 지원책만 내놓던 부시 행정부에 비하면 엄청난 진전을 보인 것이라는 점에도 주목해야 한다. 반면 2008년 9월과 10월 금융부문의 부실 때문에 미국 정부가 2조 달러의 구제자금을 긴급 투입한 점도 자유시장체제의 수호와 대공황의 예방 차원만이 아닌 더욱 비판적 견지에서 볼 수 있다. 라이너스는 ‘전 세계 GDP의 2퍼센트 수준이자 모든 국가들의 국방비에 맞먹는’ 그 돈이 이산화탄소 배출에 대한 강력한 국제규제와 결합되면 전 세계 경제주체들이 배출하는 온실가스를 상당 부분 막을 수 있으며, 또한 침체에 빠진 세계 경제를 구제하는 원천도 될 수 있다고 본다. 그렇기에 “환경적 지속가능성이 없다면, 인류 경제의 장기적 생존도 도모할 수 없다”는 생각 하에 몇 조 달러를 투입하는 구제 방안을 만들고, 지금 즉시 실행해야 한다고 주장한다.
아무튼 지난 2007년 여름 영국 대홍수 직후의 절망적인 상황에서 실낱같은 희망을 모색하기 위해 이 책을 집필한 라이너스는, 그의 말대로 “어제와는 다른 세상”을 맞이했으며, 정치적으로 상상할 수 있는 모든 것에 대한 새로운 전망을 기대하고 있다. 다만 오바마의 공약이 ‘선거용’으로 그칠지, 아니면 ‘미국 대통령의 결단에 의한 현실’이 될지에 대해서는 계속 지켜볼 일이다.

1도 상승 - 산과 들에서 재앙이 시작되다

미국 서부에 가뭄이 닥친다. 장기간 지속될 가뭄으로 소떼가 풀을 뜯고 옥수수가 자라는 기름진 농토 밑의 잠자던 모래층이 드러난다. 지하수를 활용하여 위기를 극복해보려 하지만, 이미 상당수의 지하수층이 농업용수 공급으로 인해 고갈된 상태다. 흙먼지와 모래가 휘날리는 강력한 폭풍 때문에 농장이며 길, 심지어 소도시 전체가 모래바람에 휩싸인다. 농부들은 농토와 거주지를 잃고, 식료품 가격은 폭등하기 시작한다. 이런 상황은 곧 다른 나라들에서도 벌어진다. 반면 남부와 동부에서는 강수량이 늘어난다. 이는 강한 비를 동반하면서 일정 기간 계속되는 계절풍인 몬순 때문이다. 하지만 서부의 이주민들을 이곳 주민들이 반겨주리라는 보장은 없다.
킬리만자로와 알프스 같은 높은 산들의 정상 부근에 있는 만년빙이 사라지고, 얼어붙은 흙과 바위가 녹으면서 산사태가 일어난다. 그 아래에서 빗물과 구름의 습기를 빨아들인 뒤 샘을 통해 뿜어내는 숲 또한 기온이 상승하고 강수량이 줄어들면서 산불로 없어지기 시작한다. 산 아래에 있는 마을의 사람들과 평원의 동물들은 이로 인해 타격을 받는다. 반면에 북아프리카는 몬순으로 비가 많아진다. 하지만 지구 전체가 더운 상황에서 이는 일시적 현상에 불과하다. 또한 더위로 인해 이미 말라죽은 식물들을 가끔씩 퍼붓는 큰비가 말끔히 씻어버리면서 사막화가 더욱 심화된다.
작은 양서류와 설치류들은 가뭄과 고온에 적응하거나 다른 곳으로 이주하는 데 실패하여 멸종한다. 고산우림지대 또한 절반으로 줄어들면서 수많은 희귀동식물들의 서식지도 사라진다. 하지만 이는 지구가 곧 잃게 될 생물다양성의 한 예에 불과하다.

2도 상승 - 한쪽은 목이 말라 죽고, 다른 쪽은 물에 빠져 죽고

중국 북부와 남부에 각각 대가뭄과 대홍수가 닥친다. 지구온난화로 인해 비를 동반한 여름 몬순이 북쪽으로 이동하는 데 더 오랜 시간이 걸리기 때문이다. 이로써 중국의 농업은 타격을 받고, 급격한 경제성장과 지하수 과용으로 인한 물부족에 시달리는 베이징과 톈진의 상황은 더욱 악화된다. 중국 정부는 남부의 양쯔 강에서 수백만 톤의 물을 끌어다 북부의 도시들에 공급하는 계획을 세운다. 그러나 그 동안 경제성장에 매진해 온 중국 정부는 새로운 과제인 “부족해진 식량으로 15억으로 늘어난 인구를 먹여 살리는 문제”도 해결해야 한다. 그리고 대가뭄과 물부족, 대홍수 및 그에 따른 식량난은 결코 중국인들만 겪을 일은 아니다.
지구상에서 가장 큰 생물서식지인 바다의 환경도 변화된다. 지구온난화의 주범인 이산화탄소의 절반이 바다에 흡수되기 때문이다. 이는 화학적으로 약알칼리성을 띄는 바닷물을 산성으로 변화시키며, 이로 인해 석회질로 된 껍질을 갖는 생물들, 특히 식물성 플랑크톤이 살 수 없게 된다. 이렇게 가장 중요한 1차 생산자의 생존이 불가능해지고 해양화학적 환경도 변화하면서 수많은 어패류들도 전멸한다. 이미 수온 상승으로 백화현상을 일으키며 죽어가는 산호 또한 산성화된 바닷물에 침식된다.
서늘하던 중위도권 지역마저 여름에는 혹독한 열파로 인해 도시에서는 이상고열이나 열사병으로 인한 사망률이 증가하고, 시골 또한 산과 들이 바싹 말라 자연발생한 산불에 타들어 간다. 하지만 바다에 면한 지역들은 해수면 상승으로 가라앉는다.

3도 상승 - 지구온난화가 자가 발전하다

지구온난화가 심화되면서 온실가스 양이 증가하고, 그로 인해 온난화가 더욱 심화되는 악순환이 시작된다. 이로써 지구온난화는 나름대로 추진력을 얻게 되는데, 그 시발점은 아마존 우림지대가 거의 붕괴되는 시점일 것이다. 아마존 우림지대는 이미 소를 방목하고 콩을 재배하기 위한 불법 개간과 벌목 때문에 프랑스 국토만한 면적이 잠식당했다. 이런 상황에 아마존의 흙이 따뜻해지면서 활동이 왕성해진 세균이 죽은 식물들을 더욱 활발하게 분해하여 이산화탄소가 더 많이 발생한다. 또한 온도 상승으로 아마존 강의 수량이 줄어들고, 습한 환경에 적응돼 화재에 취약한 아마존의 식물들은 건조해진 대기 속에서 더욱 불이 붙기 쉬워진다. 이렇게 타버린 나무그루터기 아래 잿더미가 쌓이고 모래가 드러나면서 아마존에도 사막이 나타난다.
말레이시아와 인도네시아의 정글 또한 수분이 증발하면서, 수천 년에 걸쳐 식물이 쌓여 형성된 수백 미터의 이탄층이 바싹 말라버린다. 여기에 불이 붙으면서 대량의 이산화탄소가 발생한다(이미 1997~98년에 일어난 인도네시아 정글 화재 때에 땅속 이탄이 타면서 20억 톤의 이산화탄소가 발생한 바 있다). 태평양 일대에서도 엘니뇨로 인해 가뭄이 심화되거나 지역에 따라 대홍수나 폭풍우가 닥친다. 지금은 ‘어쩌다’ 일어나는 재난인 엘니뇨는 지구온난화가 심화되면서 항구적이고 강력해진다.
이렇듯 지구 전역에서 가뭄과 홍수가 연이어 일어나고, 해안지대는 침수되거나 이따금 강력해진 허리케인까지 닥치면서 세계의 식량생산에도 차질이 생긴다. 특히 열대와 아열대 지역의 주민 수십억 명이 가뭄과 기근으로 고통 받는다. 결국 굶어 죽지 않으려는 사람들이 “결코 그들을 반겨주지 않을” 극지대 주변지역을 향해 식량과 살곳을 찾아 ‘민족대이동’을 시작한다.

4도 상승 - 지구 전역에 피난민이 넘친다

대륙 땅덩이에 단단히 뿌리내려 천천히 녹고 있는 북극의 빙하와 달리, 상당 부분이 해수면 아래에 있어 취약한 남극의 빙하가 완전히 붕괴된다. 이로써 이미 침수되고 있는 해안 지역이 완전한 파멸을 선고받는다. 해안 지역사회의 붕괴에 따른 경제적 손실과 수많은 난민의 발생에 따라 여러 나라들이 불안해진다. 세계의 해안선도 지금과 비교할 때 완전히 달라질 것이며, 고지대가 있는 나라들만이 수몰을 면하고 군도群島의 나라가 되어 생존한다.
한국은 강수량이 4분의 1 정도 늘어나겠지만 육지 기온이 상승하여 땅이 건조해진다. 남유럽 상황은 더 심각해서 여름 강수량이 70퍼센트까지 떨어지고, 지중해 지역 모든 나라들의 열파가 1년에 65일까지 길어진다. 특히 프랑스와 스페인은 더운 날의 일수가 2~5배까지 늘어난다. 이들 지역에서 약간 떨어져 있는 영국까지도 여름 기온이 섭씨 45도까지 상승한다. 러시아와 동유럽에서는 ‘동장군’이 옛말이 되고, 심지어 눈 구경도 힘들어진다. 대신 다음해 봄이 올 때까지 쌓여 있어야 할 눈이 비가 되어 흐르면서 겨울 홍수가 잦아지고, 그에 이어지는 물부족으로 봄여름 가뭄도 심해질 것이다.
시베리아, 알래스카, 캐나다 북부, 그리고 그린란드 남부의 영구동토가 녹으면서 새로운 위험이 생겨난다. 언땅 위에 건설된 도시들과 도로들이 붕괴되고, 겨우내 눈 밑에서 먹이를 구하는 들쥐나 나그네쥐들이 굶주리거나 이따금 닥쳐오는 한파에 얼어 죽으면서, 이를 잡아먹는 북극여우, 눈올빼미, 족제비, 도둑갈매기, 흰담비 등도 굶어 죽는다. 하지만 더 큰 위험은 영구동토 내부에서 잠자던 세균이 유기물 분해를 시작하면서 이산화탄소와 그보다 더 위험한 온실가스 메탄을 대량 발생시키는 것이다.

5도 상승 - 만인에 대한 만인의 투쟁이 시작된다

북극과 남극의 빙하가 모두 사라지고 정글 또한 불타 없어진 상태다. 해수면 상승으로 해안에 면한 도시들은 모두 가라앉았고, 이제는 대륙 깊숙한 곳마저 침수되고 있다. 인류가 가뭄과 홍수라는 쌍둥이 재난에 쫓기는 와중에, 국제무역 시스템은 이미 소멸되었고 자본시장도 붕괴되면서 대공황이 일어난 상황이다. 점점 줄어드는 ‘거주가능지역’으로 피난민들이 몰려들지만, 거주가능지역에 속한 러시아나 캐나다 등이 몰려드는 피난민들을 거부하면서 결국 핵무기까지 동원된 전쟁이 시작된다.
반건조 지역 토양의 수분이 줄어들어 북아메리카의 사막과 사하라 및 칼라하리 같은 아프리카의 사막, 남아메리카 파타고니아의 사막, 호주의 사막 등 세계 주요 사막들이 영역을 확장하며, 고비 사막의 영역이 중국 북동부(만주) 지역으로 확장된다. 남?북반구 건조지역의 띠가 확대되면서 한국, 일본, 동남아시아, 중?남아메리카, 동아프리카, 마다가스카르, 호주와 태평양의 섬들이 여기에 포함된다. 이로 인해 강수량은 줄어들고, 증발량은 늘어나(심할 경우 수분의 40퍼센트를 상실) 완연한 사막으로 변화한다.
이보다 더욱 심각한 위험은 바다 속에서 시작된다. 심해의 엄청난 추위와 압력으로 메탄가스와 물이 합성되면서 만들어진 메탄하이드레이트가 바닷물이 따뜻해지면서 해수면 밖으로 분출되기 시작한 것이다. 이산화탄소보다 20배 더 강력한 이 온실가스로 인해 지구가 금성처럼 뜨거운 행성으로 변하기 시작하는 가운데, 메탄하이드레이트가 빠져나간 바다 밑 대륙사면이 붕괴되어 바닷물이 요동치면서 거대한 파도를 동반한 쓰나미도 발생한다. 이런 상황에서 간신히 살아남은 사람들 사이에서는 식량과 물을 확보하려는, 만인에 대한 만인의 투쟁이 벌어진다.

6도 상승 - 인류세 대멸종Anthropocene Mass Extinction.

수천만 년 동안 지속된 서늘한 기후에 적응해온 인류를 포함한 모든 동식물들이 지질학적인 면에서 너무나도 갑작스럽게 일어난 극심한 지구온난화에 적응하는 데 실패하여 죽어간다. 해수면이 뜨거워져 아래의 찬물과 섞이지 않아 바닷물의 흐름이 끊기고 산소의 순환도 중단되면서, 끝까지 살아남은 해양생물들은 영양실조와 산소부족으로 멸종된다.
메탄하이드레이트의 대량 분출로 대기 중에 거대한 폭발성 구름이 형성되어, 그것이 폭발할 때마다 그 밑의 생물들이 전멸한다. 죽은 생물들의 사체가 썩으면서 유독한 황화수소도 발생한다. 이 황화수소는 폭발하고 남은 메탄과 결합하여 오존층을 파괴함으로써 지표면에 방사되는 자외선의 양이 크게 늘어난다. 또한 이 유독가스가 비와 섞이면서 산성비가 되어 지상에 뿌려진다. 이로 인해 땅 위에서 죽었거나 죽어가던 식물들이 완전히 쓸려가고, 깊은 땅굴 속으로 피해 살아남은 동물들마저 굶어 죽는다. 바야흐로 지구에 사는 모든 생명체의 대멸종이 진행된다. 이 모든 사태의 원인은 인간의 탐욕이 빚어낸 교란인 것이다.

지금이 바로 행동에 나설 때!

라이너스는 지금이야말로 우리 모두가 행동에 나서야 할 때라고 호소한다. 앞서 이야기했듯이, 온도가 더욱 상승하여 아마존의 열대우림이 궤멸하고, 그에 따라 토양 속 미생물이 죽은 동식물을 분해하면서 이산화탄소를 배출하면 곧바로 4도 상승으로 넘어간다. 그 시점에서 시베리아의 영구동토층이 녹으면 땅으로부터의 탄소와 메탄 배출이 가속화되어 5도 상승으로 넘어간다. 이로 인해 따뜻해진 바다로부터의 메탄하이드레이트 분출이 심화되어 곧바로 6도 상승의 상황이 발생한다. 그렇기에 인류를 포함한 모든 생물의 대멸종이라는 파국을 막으려면 지구온난화가 3도 상승으로 넘어가지 않게 해야 한다.

물론 대통령은 모든 국민들을 100% 충족시키지못한다 왜냐하면 각자가 깨달음의 도량의 그릇의 차이가 존재하기에 그러하다



일본 국가 역시 침묵해온것도 같은 맥략으로 김대중전대통령에게 마치 일본이 김대중 납치 사건을 은페한 일본 국가로 비추고 김대중전대통령이 일본에게 큰소리치는 여론의 각본의 쑈를 보면서도 참으로 잘도 국민들을 세계를 속이고 있구나 정작 록펠러와 미국 CIA 는 저놈들은 지금 별지랄들하고있네라고 웃음보가 터졌을것이다 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

국제유태자본 : 1973년의 세계사




1973년은 세계사에서 굵직굵직한 사건이 많이 일어난 해이다.




록펠러가 삼각위원회를 창설하며 세계를 주도하기 시작했다. 삼각위원회는 국제 석유업계의 이익을 국제적으로 대변하기 위해 만들어졌으나, 즉각 세계 총자본의 이익을 수호하는 국제유태자본의 핵심으로 떠올랐다. 이로 인해 유럽 중심 빅터 로스차일드의 빌더버그를 주변부로 밀어내었다. 9월에는 빅터 로스차일드가 의회에서 유명한 연설을 했다. 연설의 요지는 영국이 빅토리아 시대와 같은 영광을 이제 기대할 수 없는 보통 국가가 되었다면서 1985년에는 영국의 GNP가 독일의 절반 수준밖에 되지 않을 것이라고 한 것이다. 이는 다음날 영국 신문에 대서특필되면서 로스차일드 시대 마감을 공식적으로 알린 셈이었다. 드골로 인해 차질을 빚었던 유로공동체가 국제유태자본이 드골을 제거하게 되면서 순항을 하게 되자 1월 1일에 덴마크, 아일랜드가 유로 공동체에 가입했다.




8월 8일에는 남북회담으로 인기가 높아진 로스차일드계 박정희가 소련과의 비밀 협정에도 나서는 등 비동맹 외교를 강화하자 로스차일드에서 록펠러로 권력교체를 이룬 국제유태자본이 박정희 정권을 교체시키자니 친일파 김대중은 아직 무능하고, 김영삼은 민족주의에 경도될 우려가 많은 등 남한에 마땅한 대안이 없자 박정희 정권을 붕괴시키기 보다는 박정희에게 경고를 줄 목적으로 CIA에게 지시하여 김대중 납치사건을 꾸몄으며, 이에 8월 28일 북측은 남북대화를 일방적으로 중단시켰다. 박정희 지지율은 수직 하락했다.




9월 11일에는 록펠러의 지시를 받은 헨리 키신저가 CIA 작전으로 피노체트 군사 쿠테타를 일으켜서 세계 최초로 평화적으로 사회주의 정권 교체를 이룩한 살바도르 아옌데 정권을 붕괴시켰고, 록펠러 주도하에 유태계 밀턴 프리드만의 연출로 신자유주의 프로그램을 실험했다. 9월 28일에는 아르헨티나의 유태자본에게 권력을 빼앗겼던 후안 페론이 18년 만에 다시 정권을 되찾았다. 이는 국제유태자본이 후안 페론 정권을 무너뜨리고 관심을 다른 데에 돌리기 위해 유대인 혁명가 체게바라의 쿠바혁명을 일으킨 것처럼 칠레 아옌데 정권을 무너뜨린 데에 대한 관심을 다른 데로 돌리려는 국제유태자본의 고육지책이었다. 쿠바는 데이비드 록펠러가 체이스맨해튼은행 해외영업부에서 일을 시작할 때 맡은 담당 지역이다. 이런 인연으로 록펠러는 체 게바라와 카스트로 등과 친교를 맺고 있다.




10월 6일에는 국제유태자본이 배후에서 작동시킨 4차 중동전쟁이 일어났고, 이는 사다트 이집트 대통령 입지를 다지는 계기가 되었을 뿐만 아니라, 유가를 3달러에서 12달러로 올리는 세계사적인 지각 변동을 일으키는 명분으로 작동했다. 이로서 금 대신 원유가 달러체제를 지지하게 되었고, 이는 석유업계를 장악했던 록펠러가 세계의 실질적인 주인임을 알리는 선포식이었다.




10월 10일에는 그리스계 2세로 소수민족으로는 최초로 부통령에 오른 스피로 애그뉴 미국 부통령이 탈세 혐의로 사임했다. 평소 록펠러에 비판적이었던 닉슨 제거를 위한 사전포석이다. 닉슨이 사임하면 부통령이 대통령에 오르기 때문에 록펠러 사람을 부통령으로 앉혀야 했다. 닉슨은 이듬해 국제유태자본의 음모로 사임한다. 10월 16일에는 헨리 키신저와 레둑토가 노벨평화상을 수상하도록 예정되어 있었으나, 레둑토가 국제유태자본이 주는 더러운 상은 받기 싫다며 거부하여 키신저만 받았다.

김대중 전 대통령이 일본 교토 한 호텔에서 내외신 기자회견을 갖고
1973년 김대중 납치사건에 대한 입장을 밝히고 계신다.


김대중(金大中) 전 대통령은 30일 1973년의 '김대중 납치사건'과 관련,
"이는 박정희(朴正熙) 전 대통령의 지시가 분명하다"며
"늦었지만 한국과 일본 정부는 진상을 확실히 밝혀
책임질 사람은 책임져야 한다고 생각한다"고 밝혔다.

일본 교토(京都)를 방문중인 김대중 전 대통령은 이날 오후
교토시내 한 호텔에서 기자회견을 갖고 "일본 정부나 한국 정부 모두
납치 사건과 뒷 수습에 있어서 내 인권을 무시한데 대해 항의한다"고 말했다.

그는 또 '국정원 과거사건 진실규명을 통한 발전위원회'의
진상조사 발표 보고서와 관련, "납치 목적은 나를 살해하기 위한 것이 분명한데다
그 점을 분명히 지적하지 못했다는 것이 유감이다"라고 말했다.

납치사건에 대한 유감 표명 수준을 둘러싼 한일 정부간 논란과 관련,
김대중 전 대통령은 "그것은 중요하지 않다고 본다.
한.일 정부 모두 사건의 진상을 밝힐 의무가 있다"며
"일본은 주권이 침해된 것이고 나를 일본에서 보호해줄 의무가 있는데,
그렇게 된 것은 인권 침해다.
한국 정부도 과거를 청산하는 마당에 이것도 분명히 청산해야 한다"고 말했다.

김대중 전 대통령은 일본 경찰이 진상규명에 협조를 요청할 경우
대응 방향에 대해 "일본에 온다니까
일본 경찰에서 참고인으로 조사에 응해달라는 요청이 있었다"며
"수사를 진전시켜 진상을 밝히기 위해 증언이 필요하다면 한국에서나 일본에서나
증언할 용의가 있다.
수사를 할 준비가 돼 있느냐가 선결 과제다"라고 말했다.

그동안 국정원에서 침묵한 비밀을 박정희 대통령이 지시했다라는 김대중전대통령의 납치 사건은 김대중 전 대통령께서는 박정희 대통령 동작동 국립묘지앞에 가셔서 참회의 인사를 올려야 할것입니다 그대들의 권력의 욕망을 위해서는 수단과 방법을 그리고 자신의 국가와 국민의 그리고 인류의 주인정신으로 정치 권력을 탐하였다면 오늘날 인류는 이렇게 되지않았습니다

정치의 대도무문으로 가려면 정의를 위한 투쟁이 선의의 경쟁이 이루어지고 국가와 민족 더나아가 모든 국가를 올바르게 인도해야하는 한반도 민족의 은사를 제대로 해오지못한점 그리고 주변 국가로부터 유린되어지면 오히려 주인 정신을 발휘해서 대립과 충돌 그리고 국가간의 외교차원의 마찰 역시 조정해주는 야당의 역활이 되어야 하는데

대한민국 정당들은 개,노예짓으로 주변국으로부터 기생충처럼 살아왔고 지금 그대들의 비자금 축적된 자금들은 그 역시나 베일에 가려졌고 도피처가 되어있겠지요

오늘날 북한 사태 역시 그대들 로스차일드계이든 록펠려계이든 대가리 지혜가 부족함을 즉 한반도를 다루는 그리고 혜안들이 부족함을 결국은 인류 전체의 지금의 총체적인 위기를 몰고온 결과물은 한반도가 인류를 올바르게 인도하지않고 인류가 역시나 한반도를 올바르게 인도해오지못한 점 이제 분명히 말하지만 미국과 유럽이 올바르게 가야한다

지금 한반도 남북한 이들의 세력들은 세계의 분열을 통해서 기생충처럼 그들의기득권을 유지하려는 계산법과 일본의 이익이 맞아떨어지기에 그러니 인류문명의 문제들이 더욱이 로스차일드계나 록펠려계나 성령이 충만하지못하여 더욱더 난장판 세계 정세를 유지해왔음을

이제는 소생이 분명한 확고한 방향과 결과를 알려드렸으니 두번다시 과오를 범하지말라는것이다

국모와 국부를 살해하는 행위는 정당화 될수가없고 그들이 권력을 잡아도 30년동안 결국은 추풍낙엽이다 한반도는 마지막 명줄이 그대들이 계속해서 늬우치지않으면 이제는 용납하지않는다

이 대한민국이 육이오 전쟁이 끝나고 이승만 정권의 부패성의 심각성보다도 더한 박정희대통령 18년통치 기간보다도 더한 부패의 심각성를 지금 대한민국이 30년동안 부패하여 곪아터지고 있는데 다 왜곡보도와 그들의 기득권 연착륙을 바라는 작금의 시국 상황

소생은 지구제국 전체의 관점에서 이 동아시아를 한반도를 정리해갈것이다

북한의 김정일이가 김일성 암살 음모 파일 역시나 까발리면 북한 내부 사회의 혼란은 김정일 체제는 무사하지못하니 북한도 대한민국도 소생이 요구한 견해대로 한반도 민족이 바로세워지는 방향으로 운영이 이루어져야 할것이다

대한민국과 북한과 이들의 전쟁 각본하드라도 너희들 모두 멸망시켜버릴것이다 어차피 대청소의 대상이기에 썩어무드러진것들 존재하면 무엇하나 밥값도 제대로 못하는 판에

북한도 스스로 부패한 썩어빠진 물들을 걸려내어라 대한민국도 그러하다 이대로는 더는 한발자국도 나아갈수가 없다

그러하지못하면 인위적인 주변 국가들을 통해서 그렇게 해줄것이다

김대중 전대통령휘하에 않인 정치 세력들이 있는가 박근혜부터해서 이명박 대통령,노무현,기타 정치 세력들 여,야 정당들 모두가 다 언론계,방송계 문화계 연애계 지하자금,음성조직 세력들 그러니 그대들의 그러한 조직이 일본에게 중국에게 좋은 약점이되고 그대들은 그것을 빌미로 계속해서 개,노예짓하고 대대손손 기득권 유지하려는 고도의 계획서 그러고는 국가를 위한다고하고 민족을 위한다고하고 서방 국가들이 북한을 압박하도록해야 그대들이 존속하니 부채질하고 그래서 소생은 중국이나 미국이나 유럽 국가들엑 그리고 러시아 국가들에게 한반도 문제에 대한 개입하지말라고 한 이유도 여기에 있다

지금 부패한 세력들이 연류된 세력들의 분포가 60%이니 뭔말이 필요하나 여기에 여야가 어디에 있고 남북한이 어디에 있나 그야말로 유럽이나 미국이 그동안 올바르게 국가가 운영되어왔으면 세계3차 대전 집행명령을 내렸을것이다 알겠는가?

동아시아 통일을 이것은 인류의 전체의 통일을위해서 집행하고도 남음이 있다 한반도때문에 발목이 잡혀서 그러한 지리적 분수도 모르고 절대적인 신의뜻도 모르고 수천년간 정신치라지못한 민족에게 결과는 심판말고는 무엇이 있는가?

이러한 자신들의 분수는 모르고 아직도 정신을 차리지못하고 개,노예짓은 주변 국가들에게 보일것은 다 보여주고 내줄것은 다 내어주고 오로지 지들의 기득권 권력만 유지하면 된다라는 국민이 죽어나가든 불행과 고통이 깊어지든 말든 상관하지않고 부질없는 짓거리 그만하거라

역시나 인류를 바로잡기위해서는 그렇게되어야 하고 그것이 주변 국가들이 정작 해야할일을 하지않고 이러한 소모전에 말려들어오지말라는것이다

그것이 남북한 부패한 세력들의 장난질인것을 여기에 일본이 가담하고 있으니 이것이 아니드라도 인류가 해가야할 문제들이 수두룩한데 뭔 한반도 문제 하나가지고 강대국 국가들이 헤메고 있는가말이다 오히려 이들이 스스로 국제 사회로부터 은혜를 베풀어야 하는 마당에 인류문명의 중대사의 대업을 거꾸로 발목들을 잡고 있으니

남북한 지들끼리 전쟁하면 이참에 한반도 전체를 멸망시키시요 정신차리지못한 민족은 이 지구상에 절대로 존재를 허락하지않으니 말이다

절대적인 신의 성령의 힘앞에서 너희들의 죄를 스스로 늬우치지않으면 이제는 용납하지않는다

지구 제국 방위 창설군명으로 한반도 명운은 그렇게 결정한다

거듭말하지만 인류의 불행과 고통을 구제함에 장애물이 되는 1억명도 일본과 포함해서 3억명 모두 다 어둠의 생명의 영은 생사여탈권도 집행 행사할수가 잇다라는 사실을 명심해라

어떠한 제약도 받지않고 집행할것이니 스스로 죄를 참회하고 살고자노력하지않고 있다면 그렇게 집행한다

인류의 불행과 고통을 구제함에 어떠한 악령들의 생명의 영들을 재물로 받칠수가 잇다라는 사실이다 그것이 한반도든 일본이든 어느 국가든 민족이든 그렇게 집행할것이다

절대적인 신에게 고하고 집행할것이니 소생앞에서 더이상 지구의 시간들을 헛낭비하지말라는것이다
