미국, 중국, 일본, 러시아 등 주변 4강과의 관계가 재정립된 만큼 외교의 초점을 아시아권으로 돌리는 `귀(歸) 아시아 정책'이라고 할 수 있다.

이를 통해 아시아 주도국으로 우리의 입지를 확대, 국제사회에서 발언권을 높이겠다는 포석도 깔려 있는 것으로 분석된다.

다음은 정부 측이 밝힌 신 아시아 외교의 추진 방안.

◇신아시아 외교 추진 배경
▲한국이 국제무대에서 아시아의 목소리를 대변하고 아시아 국가들의 이익을 위해 건설적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 여건과 분위기 조성
- 주변 4국 외교 마무리, G20 의장국 수임, 중국.일본과의 협력 진전 등으로 한국이 아시아의 입장을 대변할 수 있는 여건 마련
- 이 대통령의 기후변화에 대응한 녹색성장 주창, 금융위기에 대한 신흥국 입장 대변 등으로 아시아의 책임있는 지도자로서의 이미지 형성
- 중국.일본에 대한 아시아 국가들의 정서 등으로 한국이 주요 국제문제에 있어 아시아 국가들과 협력을 심화시켜 나갈 수 있는 공간 마련 가능

우주에는 분명히 고도의 지적이 고차원적인 외계 생명체는 존재할뿐 그것을 발견하지못하거나 아니면 발견해도 그들만 독점하고자하는것이고 그래야 지구행성의 독점권을 가지고 지위권을 유지확보해가고자하려는 측면도 배제하지못한다

절대적인 절대적인 존재의 절대적인 신의 대성령의 존재 출발에서 지구인들의 태초의 생명체의 지구 행성 전체의 과거 현재 ,미래의 지구인들의 생명과 영을 책임질 성령의 위치에 선 관리자가 있을것으로 본다

지구인들의 지구행성 생명들이 우주 공간에 분포하고 있는 생명체나 성령 차원에서 막내둥이이고 우주공간의 운신의 폭을 적게 가진 후발의 생명체 행성이 지구 행성이라고 보여진다

우주 빅뱅이후의 물리학에서는 아인슈타인의 질량의 법칙에 그러한 과학자들을 보내주신것도 다 절대적인 신의 지구인들의 은하 문명권을 진입하는데 우주 외계 생명체들의 도움하에 그러한 지구인 아인 슈타인라는 이름을 달고 지구인들의 물리학을 수학을 과학을 발전시켜주려고 운신의 폭을 열어주려고 보내주신것 같은 생각이든다

그 이유는 굳이 종교적인 신앙적인 사람만이 보내주는것이 아니라 정치권력에도 보내주시고 과학자들이라는 분야에도 보내주시기에 이것은 바로 성령의 기운으로 성령안에 물질의 공간과 시간세계가 담겨진 성령을 지구 행성안으로 지구인들에게 보내지는 상황을 보지않을수가 없다라는 사실이다

그래서 지구행성안에서 일어나는 오늘날의 인류문명의 모든 위기나 문제들 앞으로 일어날 모든 인류문명안에서 발생되는 상황들이나 현상들은 특별한것이 없다라는 사실이다

성령이 충만하면 내세의 공간과 시간세계의 자신의 성령의 질량은 그 크기에 따라서 다시 부활도 장소에 공간에 시간에 구애받지않고 생명으로 나타날수가 있다라는 사실이다 즉 그 영역의 범위가 지구행성말고도 우주의 다른 공간의 세계의 행성에도 나타낼수가 있다라는것으로 본다

그러나 그러하지못한 영들은 지구행성안에서 제한된 영의 세계의 윤회의 수레바퀴 영의 세계가 돌아가는것이니 제한된 영이 위치이다라고 본다 물리학에서 그러함을 확인해본다

성령이 충만한 자들의 육신은 이미 육신의 수명의 한계를 뛰어넘은것이고 영의 세계나 혼백의 세계도 그러하다 더욱이 절대적인 신의 대성령으로부터 선택받은 성령은 그만한 성령의 힘을 발휘할수가 있다고 확신한다 절대적인 신을 믿지않고 실천하지않는 생명체들의 영의 세계를 모두 다 합처도 그들보다는 매우 강하다

즉 자신의 육신의 존재 유무를 초월한 성령의 공간과 시간의 세계를 보낸다고 가정하면 얼마나 육신의 생명의 수명은 아무런 정애가 될수가 없다라는 결론에 도달한다

성령이 충만한 육신의 수명은 전혀 구애받지않음을 더욱이 절대적인 신께서 우주 외계 생명체들보다도 다른 태양계 행성의 공간보다도 지구 태양계 행성 공간보다도 강력한 대성령의 힘으로 그대들의 인류문명의 과거와 현재 미래의 공간과 시간 세계를 책임지고 위임받은 관리자는 않인지 상상을 해본다 그것은 훗날에 가려질것이니 지금 현재로서는 절대적인 신의 사명을 소명을 완수해갈것이다

우리 인간 육신의 물질의 세계와 영의 세계에서 육신이 위급한 상황은 사지가 다 없어도 생명은 존재가능하나 그리고 눈이 없어도 귀가 없어도 가능하나 심장까지만 생명의 유지의 한계선이다

심장이 멈추면 뇌는 전혀 위험한 단계가 않인데도 심장이 멈추어지니 자동적으로 육신의 물질의 수명은 멈추고 그리고 영은 미리 비상탈출을 한다 이것은 성령의 충만하지못한 대다수 육신이 그러한 신체 구조로 되어있기에 그렇게 비상탈출해도 그 영은 큰 존재의 의미와 가치가 없다라는 사실이다

전세계적으로 장애인들이 성령이 충만하는데도 장애가 되는가 부분에 전혀 그러하지않다라는 사실이다 장애 몇등급이라고 해도 성령이 충만한 조건은 여전히 갖추어져있기에 자신의 육신의 신체의 장애는 이러한점들을 발견하고 일반인들보다도 더 성령에 충만하는 노력을 해야하는것이다

뇌가 광우병 쇠고기들을 값싸고 육식을 즐기는자들은 치매가 걸리면 성령이 충만해지고 싶어도 이미 심장의 사망의 영보다도 뇌의 사망의 영은 그야말로 더더욱이 의미와 존재 가치가 없고 사후세계에도 방황하는 영으로 지구 행성안에서 남게될것이다

치매가 걸린 환자는 사지의 장애를 가진 자들보다도 포기될 생명들이고 영들이고 구제불능의 영들이다 전혀 절대적인 신에게 보살핌이 존재할수가 없다라는 사실이다

생명의 대접을 받기가 힘들다 그냥 일반 쓰레기로 취급될뿐이다 치매의 기술도 인공적인 뇌 장치를 통해서는 가능하겠지만 마음으로 뇌를 움직이기에 작동시키기에 그것을 기계전환장치를 통해서 치매가 걸리지않으면 치료가 되면 성령으로 충만함은 가능하다 그러나 업장의 소멸에 대한 현생에서 기약하기는 힘들고 그들은 내생을 기약해서 성령이 충만하도록 길을 닦고 복을 짓고 업장 소멸을 해야하기에 부지런히 노력해야한다라는 사실이다

일반인들도 자신의 생명을 함부로 낭비하고 있으니 성령의 충만함이 얼마나 귀하고 쉽지않은 여정의 길이지만 그러나 모든것을 감당하고나면 대자유의 시공의 세계를 얻는 축복의 선물이다

그것이 백제 문화 세력이든 일본이든 어차피 그나물에 그밥이기에 대한민국 성인들 수에 4명당 한명꼴로 불륜을 저지르고 살아가니 25% 높은 비율의 도덕의 타락은 이미 사회상은 비정상적인 상황이고 자라나는 청소년들 정서적 불안정하고 공격적이고 도덕성이 심성들이 낮은 단계의 성서를 가진 생명으로 되어지고 있는것이 대한민국 생명의 현주소다

다시 그들에게 돌아갈것이니 아직도 과거의 실패한 문화에 젖어서 향수에 젖어서 꼼수들을 부리고 있으니 신라인 소생의 입장에서는 이제는 동아시아 모든것을 뛰어넘었으니 너희들 스스로 판단하고 생명의 시간들을 알아서 하세요

IMF “2011년까지 대비 부양책 세워야”

“모든분야 금융규제 확대해야” 보고서 발표

국제통화기금(IMF)은 세계 경제위기를 극복하려면 각국이 올해 이후를 대비한 새로운 경기부양책을 마련해야 한다고 밝혔다.

AP통신 등 외신에 따르면 IMF는 6일 보고서를 내고 “각국은 2010년이나 2011년까지 수행할 경기부양계획을 세워야 할 것”이라며 “위기 재발을 막으려면 전 영역에 걸쳐 금융 규제를 확대해야 한다”고 주장했다. IMF는 또 “세계 경제 위기가 잦아들 기미는 아직 보이지 않는다”고 덧붙였다.

올리버 블랜처드 IMF 수석 이코노미스트는 “대부분 국가가 올해 시행할 경기부양책은 있지만 그 이후 계획은 없다”며 “생산이 정상을 회복하는 데까지 상당 시일이 필요하므로 향후 1∼2년 동안 할 일을 생각해둘 필요가 있다”고 설명했다.

각국 재정적자 확대와 관련해서는 “정부들이 믿을 만한 재정적자 감축 계획을 발표한다면 투자자 신뢰 회복에 도움이 될 것”이라고 조언했다. IMF는 선진국의 재정적자 규모는 국내총생산(GDP)의 8%에 달할 것으로 전망했다.

IMF는 별도 보고서를 통해 세계 경제의 위기경보 시스템이 제대로 작동하지 않았고, IMF도 글로벌 금융 감시자로서의 제 기능을 못했다고 시인했다. IMF는 “조정되지 않은 감시체계와 효과적이지 못한 메시지 발표가 맞물려 세계 금융시장의 호황에 내재된 위험을 제때 알리지 못했다”고 밝혔다.

한편 이번 세계 금융 위기를 예견해 화제가 됐던 누리엘 루비니 뉴욕대 교수는 “경기 침체가 내년에도 이어질 것”이라고 말했다. 그는 이날 인도 뉴델리에서 열린 국제회의에서 이같이 전망한 뒤 “금융 시스템과 금융기관의 문제가 악화되고 있지만 정부가 지급불능 은행을 떠맡아 깨끗히 청소한 뒤 이를 민간 투자자에게 매각한다면 전망은 개선될 수 있다”고 주장했다.

그렇하기에 그들에게도 고통을 감내해야 한다 자신들이 왜 경제적인 고통을 겪어야만하는지 반성하고 생각하고 자신들의 잘못을 되풀이하지않는 전세계 국가와 국민으로 거듭태어나라는것이다



진정으로 인류의불행과 고통을 구제하려고 하는 전세계 국가중에 어느 한 국가가 잇다면 민족이 있다면 국민들이 있다면 그 책임들을 자신들의 잘못으로 인정하고 책임 통감 차원에서도 고통을 감내하면서 해결책을 접근해갈것이라 본다



그러한자세가 인류 문명의 책임지고 다스려갈 주인 정신의 자세다라고 본다



지금 일시적으로 자신들의국가가 국민들이나 그러한 고통을 피하기위해서 인위적인 강제적인 고통에 대한 공동의 책임 고통분담을 피하고 일시적인 경제 향락을 생각하는 정책을 내놓는 국가들은 제일 먼저 멸망하게될것이다 인류의 주인 정신이 없는 국가나 국민들은 멸망이 되어야 할것이다



인류 문명 전체의 공동체로써 공동의 책임에서 탈피하여 자신들만 그것도 죄값에 대한 책임에 대한 일시적으로 회파한다면 인류문명의 공동체 발전과 안녕,평화를 저해하는 국가들이고 국민들이다



그래서 전세계 모든 국가들은 국민들은 지구제국 농사 계획에 의해서 발맞추어서 움직여주어야 한다



그러니 올해부터해서 3년동안 모든 계획 수립을 하는동안은 함부로 지구 제국 농사지짓는일에 지구방위 창설군 창설에 외면하지말고 왕따당하지말고 인류문명 전체의 공동의 이익을 창출하는데 동참하고



그러한 참여하는 국가나 정부나 책임자들이나 책임 통감 차원에서 수립계획을 3년안에 내놓아야 할것이다



지구 행성안에 인간들의 생명체들을 최대한 생명과 에너지를 극대화함에 그동안 그렇게 해오지못한 전세계 모든 국가들의 책임고 정부의 책임이고 전세계 모든 국가의 국민들의 인간 생명체들의 책임이다



그러니 반성하려면 두번 다시 인류문명을 올바르게 인도해오지못한점들을 전세계 모든 생명체들이 반성하는 차원에서 해결대안의 계획 수립을 세우고 함부로 구제 금융 방안을 일시적인 경기 부양책을 세우지말라는것이다

지금 지구 전체의 관점에서 한국가와 한 국가의 국민들의경제 살림을 살리는것이 급한것이 아니라 위의 지적한대로나 그동안 불로그에 지적한대로 해결대안을 수립하여 인류문명을 구하는것이 공동체 전체의 이익을 새롭게 창출한 계획을 수립하는것이 급선무다라는 사실이다



그래서 영국 총리도 미국의 보호무역주의 비판에 대한 경고는 그러한 차원이다라고 본다



미국이 그렇게 나오면 그만큼 인류 전체에 대한 조금도 죄책감을 가지지못하는국가로 전략하게되고 미국 국가의 이미지는 끝없는추락을 하게된다



즉 전세계 국가와 국민들로부터 신뢰를 얻지못하면 망하는 길로가는것이다 미국 국가에게 희망이 보이자가 않기에 없기에 다음 대책을 수립해 갈것이다



이제는 그만큼 미국 국가에게 의존성을 탈피를 가속화 여부는 미국의 도덕성 회복에 달려있고 미국도 선택권이 없다라는 사실이다



지구공동체의 지구제국 농사에 참여해야할것이다



그리고 현재 대한민국 국가나 정부도 이러한 견해에 신중한 의미를 되새겨서 고찰해야하고 눈앞의 면피용 정책을 내놓지말라는것이다 그것은 앞으로 더 많은 불행과 고통을 가져다 주기에 책임을 묻게할것이다



전세계 모든 국가와 국민들이 생명체들이 자신들의 개개인의 죄값을 반성 차원에서 회개 차원에서 현재와 미래의 인류 문명을 구할 대안들을 내놓고 희생 할것도 잇으면 내놓아야하는 자세들이 결집될때까지 전세계 경제를 함부로 살리지않을것이다



일단 소생이 지구제국의 농사에 3년동안 계획을 수립하고나서 그것을 실천화 실현화하기 위해서 대한민국에 시범적으로 그다음해 3년동안 적용해가는 단계로 들어가며 그러해가면서 문제점들을 보완해간다



그래서 대한민국에서 시범적으로 해가면서 그것을 전세계 국가들에게 도입되도록 수정보완해간다



그리고나서 전세계적인 지구제국의 그동안 수립하고 시범적으로 국가와 국민들을 적용한것을 토대로 다시 세계3차대전전까지 인류 전체에 전세계 모든 국가와 국민들에게 적용한다



세계3차 대전시에는 바로 그동안 문제점들을 제거하는 세계3차 대전의 전쟁이 될것이다



그래야 인류문명이 진정한 전세계 모든 국가와 국민들이 결집한 에너지를 살려내는길이고 인류문명의 그동안 불행과 고통의 구제를 함과 동시에 그것을 현격하게 줄어가는 시발점이 될것이다



인류 문명은 계속해서 끝없는 문명의 진화를 해갈것이다 인류문명의 제도나 문화나 전세계 시스템들을 대변혁 해 간다



대한민국과 미국간의 FTA나 유럽간의 중국간의 일본간의 FTA도 앞으로 지구제국 농사차원에서 접근해갈것이니 그것도 앞으로 3년안에 다 마무리 접근 해 갈것이니 지금 처리하고자하는 대한민국 FTA법안 체결들은 다 보류하세요



대한민국 FTA도 제구제국 농사 차원에서 접근해간다 그것이 인류문명의 불필요한 에너지낭비와 시간을 지구제국농사의 지연을 발생시키고 있기에 그러하다



대한민국 국가가 지구제국 농사의 시범적으로 적용함에 그러한 FTA도 다포함되어있는것은 기본이고 군사적으로나 국가의 경계선마저 버릴것이다



그리고 전세계 국가와 국민들이 모든 생명체들이 절대적인 신에게 성령이 충만한 인류가 되기위해서라도 함부로 세계 물질적인 의존이 깊은 세계 경제를 살리지않는다

이러한 기조 바탕하에서 세계 각 국가의 정치,종교,자본 권력의 지형도를 세력들을 교체 해 들어갈것입니다


중국 국가의 이번 전인 대회에 대한 부분에서도 중국 국가의 경기부양책은 단순히 중국 국가와 국민들의 경기부양책이 아니라 소생이 위에 지적한대로 그러한 세계 경제의 부양책의 방향에 중국 국가의 역활이 그렇게 활용되어야한다라는것이다



그래야 중국이 대국 굴기에 부합하고 인류 전체에 부합하는 방향으로 갈수가 있는것이다 그런데 미국과 중국이 이러한 방향이 되어야 하는데 미국이 역주행하면 미국만 손해이다 일본도 중국 국가 방향에 그러한 위의 소생의 견해대로 동참하면 다행이고 역행하면 중국과 일본의 전쟁까지 감안하드라도 소화가능하다
